NATASHA Teresa
Manual & Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist
In 2014, I graduated with honors from the National Holistic Institute, specializing in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy. My career began with working alongside elite athletes in the Sacramento area, including Olympic runners and NBA basketball players. Under the mentorship of esteemed chiropractors, physical therapists, and manual therapists, I honed my skills to deliver unparalleled care. Fueled by a deep passion for understanding the human body at a biochemical level, I immersed myself in academia. In 2022, I had the privilege as a Norman Topping Scholar to graduate magna cum laude at the University of Southern California in Human Biology with an emphasis in Biophysics. While at USC, I discovered my love for STEM and research while balancing college studies with managing a private manual therapy practice. At USC, I conducted a fellowship study on the effects of regenerative pain management on biomechanical intricacies of human movement and hip injuries at Keck’s Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Research Center.
In 2023, I enrolled in UCLA's accelerated Master of Nursing Program. There, I deepened my knowledge in pathophysiology and pharmacology while gaining invaluable real-world experience at UCLA's renowned Ronald Reagan Hospital and UCLA’s Santa Monica Medical Center. I am currently taking a brief pause from academia to focus on my thriving practice and personal growth journey. This pause is pivotal before I return to pursue doctoral-level education.
